- Extend invitations and request for sponsorship to all previous exhibitors and sponsors in October to insure inclusion in their next FY budget
- Solicit new exhibitors and sponsors; i.e., contact the following:
- Secretary of State for a list of all businesses holding contracts with the Child Support Enforcement
- Banks
- Paternity Testing Labs
- Collection and Location Companies
- Private Child Support Organizations
- National Child Support Enforcement Association
- Explore new avenues for Fund Raising
- Raffles
- Remit all monies with the names of donors, to the Council Treasurer in a timely manner
- Decide on Registration Gift for conference attendees
At the Conference
- Be available to meet and assist vendors as they arrive
- Spend time with each vendor/exhibitor to visit and be sure they are comfortable. Express Appreciation!
- Enlist other Council Members to assist in serving as “host” to exhibitor or vendor and insure they hear our works of appreciation on a continuous basis throughout the conference
- Consider a gift with “Thank You” note enclosed. Present when display is set up.
- Provide the Conference Coordinator with the following information by February. Anything after this date will not be included in the notebook.
- Name of Exhibitor/Sponsor/Patron
- Address
- Phone Number
- Amount of Donation
- Names and Titles of Representatives who will be attending the Conference
After the Conference
- Send letters of appreciation for participation or sponsorship
