For the purposes of the scholarship selection, the State will be divided into three regions.

The Co-Chairs of the State Scholarship Committee will appoint regional Committee members to advertise for the scholarship and screen applications from their regions. They will then return applications to the State Scholarship Committee for final review and selection.

Awards decisions are made prior to the Conference and announced at the N.C. Child Support Conference.
