Notebook Committee

Responsibilities:

 

  • Purchase adequate number of notebooks (based on inventory and projections for number of attendees)

  • Select cover design and colors (Tie in with Presidential theme)

  • Prepare camera ready copies of all material to be included

  • Arrange for printing of information to be included in notebook

  • Arrange for assembly

  • Arrange for delivery to conference

  • Have committee member at Registration Desk to coordinate giving out notebooks to attendees

 

NOTE

 

  • The Curriculum Committee will provide all program information with the exception of the Opening Ceremonies by date set by Chair of Notebook Committee due to printing timeframes.

  • The Curriculum Committee will provide all biographies of all faculty members by date set by Chair of Notebook Committee due to printing timeframes.

  • The Sponsorship Committee will provide a list of Patrons, Exhibitors, and Sponsors along with camera ready design ads by date set by Chair of Notebook Committee due to printing timeframes.

  • The Conference Coordinator will provide information for Opening Ceremonies by date set by Chair of Notebook Committee due to printing timeframes.

  • A list of all members who pre-register will be provided by the Registration/Membership Committee by date set by Chair of Notebook Committee due to printing timeframes.
