Nominations and Resolutions Committee

Responsibilities:

• To review the Constitution and By-Laws and to assure that they are in proper order, with all changes updated

• To provide the Notebook Chair with a current copy of the Constitution and By-Laws for inclusion in the Conference Notebook for distribution to the membership

• To present any proposed changes to the Constitution and By-Laws to the Board for approval for presentation to the membership

• To assure that any proposed amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws are published in the Newsletter at least 45 days priors to the annual Conference

• To present a list of eligible nominees for the Board of Directors to the Board for approval prior to the Conference

• To prepare ballots and conduct the annual election of board members at the annual conference, assuring that those nominated are members in good standing and eligible to hold office

• To conduct the election of Officers for the Board of Directors
