Entertainment Committee

Responsibilities:

 

  • Obtain entertainment for conference entertainment night and present to Board for approval due six (6) months prior to conference.

  • Committee Chairs to work jointly with the President in negotiating contracts.

  • Have committee members available to assist the entertaining group in any way necessary.

  • One (1) month prior to conference, provide the Conference Coordinator with the following:
  • List of equipment needs including electrical supply if appropriate
  • Special instructions for arrangements of tables and chairs
  • Any room needs of entertainers

Hospitality Room

  • Arrange for stocking of beverages and supplies
  • Coordinate with Conference Coordinator for costs
  • Insure that designated hours are observed
  • Arrange for bartender
