Responsibilities:

• Judicial Tract

   

  • To ensure that the Judicial Tract can be properly advertised, contact the North Carolina State Bar Board of Continuing Legal Education at the following address to request approval for CLE track to 208 Fayetteville St Mall, PO Box 26148 , Raleigh , NC 27611 . Telephone #: (919) 733-0123

  • Provide Publicity Chair with the above information by the dateline established by the Board.

  • Designate individuals to be responsible for CLE sign-up sheet in each workshop

  • Present CLE sign up sheet to Conference Coordinator at the close of the Conference

  • Provide the Conference Coordinator with a complete agenda for concurrent workshops prior to submitting to Notebook Chair which includes the following:

  Title

  Faculty Member Name

  Description

  Date

  Time

  Place

   

  • Provide a list of all equipment needs broken down in the following manner:

  Title of Workshop

  Date

  Time

  Location

  • Assist Notebook Chair in gathering information for Conference program

  • Follow up with thank you letters to all faculty members at close of conference
