“Do I Really Need an Interpreter?”

This workshop will help participants explore the reasons why interpreters become a vital part of their work when communicating with people who have Limited English Proficiency (LEPs).   We will also discuss how having a cultural and linguistic mediator can significantly reduce errors and misunderstandings when working with LEPs.
