What is CSENet? What is QUICK? Why do I care?
Well, if you are an interstate worker, you should care! Come learn how an automated system and an application can help you with your interstate case processing. You will see how to update your case with actions taken by the other state. You will, with a minimum of key strokes, be able to request and provide updates from and to the other state - all online. You will be able to access financial information about payments directly from the other state's system. These interstate tools can help you provide better customer service by having more information at your finger tips and effectively document case activities with minimum effort.
